DIY Antibacterial Spray

Are you struggling to find antibacterial spray in the shops at the moment? Our local co-op never seems to have any in. So I decided to make my own, natural spray. It’s really easy and inexpensive. Here’s how!

Materials

1 x empty spray bottle (I used our finished method bottle)

3 x cups water

Half cup white wine vinegar

15 drops tea tree oil

Funnel

Method

Pour the water and vinegar into the empty spray bottle.

Add the drops of tea tree oil.

Shake and you’re ready to go! You don’t even need to wipe it off…just let it air dry.

Vinegar and tea tree oil are both naturally antibacterial and antifungal. If you’re worried about your house smelling like a fish and chip shop, there’s no need. The smell dissipates as soon as it dries….phew!
